The Trials of Apollo Book 1. The Hidden Oracle

I have just finished reading this book. This book, for me, is laugh out loud funny.

Apollo, the most egotistical god of them all has been punished by Zeus and is now human – and in a lot of trouble. Written in the first person we get a full dose of Apollo comparing his godlike existence with the human constraints he now suffers.

This is Rick Riordan at his best. I would recommend it for any tween or young adult. Hey, I recommend this book for anyone – especially if you would enjoy reading as an Olympian God gets his comeuppance.
